2021 Mahindra E-Verito Ownership Update: 23.8k km Review

Current Vehicle Range and Service Update
BHPian 123.rishabh recently provided an update for fellow enthusiasts:
It has been a while since my last update! I wanted to share my experience after completing the second major service on my vehicle. This service was done when I hit 20,000 kilometers in February 2024.
Routine Maintenance Performed
During this service, several routine maintenance tasks were carried out, including:
- Changing the gear oil
- Replacing the A/C filter
- Changing the battery air filter
- Performing cell balancing on the main battery, as recommended after five years since its manufacture date, which was at the end of 2018
After these services, the battery was found to be in good condition. The total bill for this service was 11,000 Rupees.
Warranty Work and Issues
There was a minor issue with the key ring illumination system. Thankfully, this was covered under warranty. However, when the technicians at Mahindra replaced it, they accidentally damaged my immobilizer module. To fix this, they had to replace the entire key and lock set, but again, this was all done under warranty, so no additional costs were incurred.
Recent Inspection and Performance
Fast forward to February 2025, and my vehicle has now covered 23,800 kilometers, which is an increase of 3,800 kilometers since the last service. Even though the scheduled service interval is 20,000 kilometers or every two years, I decided to take it in for a general inspection and cleaning at the Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) Service Centre.
The vehicle returned in great shape, and the bill for this service was a very reasonable 1,350 Rupees. I am now looking ahead to the next service, which is due at 40,000 kilometers or in February 2026.
Vehicle Range Under Current Conditions
As of now, my vehicle offers a driving range of approximately 110-115 kilometers, depending on the driving conditions and whether the air conditioning is turned on.
