Leaked Prices and Specs Reveal Details of the Upcoming Google Pixel 9a

As Google gets ready to release the Pixel 9a, which is a more budget-friendly version of its smartphone lineup, there are some interesting details coming out regarding its pricing. Reports indicate that the Pixel 9a will be priced similarly to its predecessor, the Pixel 8a, which was launched back in May 2024. In Europe, the expected price for the 128GB model is around €549, which is approximately Rs 50,200, while the 256GB version might be priced at €609, or about Rs 55,700. For the United States market, the Pixel 9a is likely to have a starting price of $499, translating to roughly Rs 43,400, as noted in earlier reports.

Some sources have also mentioned that the Pixel 9a could be priced at $679 for the 128GB model and $809 for the 256GB model. This is somewhat surprising considering that the phone will undergo a significant redesign but maintains the same price points, despite the overall rise in costs affecting many products.

Moving on to the specifications, recent leaks have provided a glimpse of what the Google Pixel 9a will look like. Unlike the older models that featured a bar-style camera setup on the back, the new design appears to have a smoother, flush-back look. The rear will have a flat matte finish and will include a centered Google logo. The new design removes the previous camera bump, making it more streamlined.
