Samsung is set to start releasing its One UI 7 update in April, which matches what we’ve heard from various reports and the ongoing beta programs. A reader shared with us a screenshot from a Samsung workshop that provided details about the rollout schedule.
The company plans to provide the Android 15 update to smartphones spanning three generations. This rollout is expected to occur between mid-April and the end of May.
The first phones to receive the Android 15 and One UI 7 updates will be the Galaxy S24 series, including the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the Galaxy S24 FE, along with the Galaxy Z Flip6 and the Galaxy Z Fold6. Users of these devices can expect to see the update starting on April 18.
Just five days later, on April 25, other devices will join in on the update excitement. This group includes the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5, and also the Galaxy A54.
For those who own the Galaxy S23 FE, the wait will be a bit longer. It will receive the new update on May 16, along with the Galaxy S22 series. Besides these, the Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4, and several models from the Galaxy A series, such as the Galaxy A34, A33, and A53, will also receive the update on the same day.
Lastly, the Galaxy S21 series will receive the update on May 23. Users of the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Z Fold3 will also get the Android 15 and One UI 7 update on that day.
